The beautiful gardens have an automated water irrigation system that is serviced from the borehole and is controlled by computer system (located under the roof of the wishing well) in the front garden.

The Front Terrace
The front verandah is approx 90 sq.m. and has approx 30 sq.m. covered area which makes for a great relaxing area, even in the winter months, and has extensive views across the village and down to the Sea.
Swimming Pool
The large kidney shaped swimming pool is in a secluded spot for your enjoyment surrounded by lush trees, a pergola offering shaded seating in the summer months and an area for sun beds and also two different choices of outside dining areas. The log wood store is also located in this area.
This house has a lot of character, both inside with different living and dining areas, (there is serving hatch from the kitchen to the formal dining area) and outside with lovely mature shrubs, trees, flowers, dining areas, swimming pool, sun bed areas, relaxing areas, and fruit trees.
